Her extensive experience in application development and project management enables her to deliver relevant research in application development management, metrics and benchmarks, processes and methodologies, and project and program management.
Mary joined Forrester with more than 15 years of technology experience. She spent nine years with the American Heart Association, six of them in the role of application development manager, managing teams responsible for the development and support of both packaged and custom-built applications. Prior to that, she was with Rockwell International in the role of business programmer analyst. She is a certified Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management professional (PMP).
